Severe cytotoxicity — amatoxin syndrome. Onset 6–24 hours. Abdominal cramps, cholera-like profuse diarrhea, rapid dehydration, hepatocyte destruction, elevated INR, jaundice, hepatic coma. Fatality risk without early intervention.
