Key Identification Features
- Small bell-shaped cap that splits radially along edges

SEVERE MUSCARINE TOXICITY — SLUDGE syndrome: Salivation, Lacrimation, Urination, Diaphoresis, GI hypermotility, Emesis; miosis, bradycardia, bronchoconstriction. Onset: 15-30 minutes.
